Create a Training Provider

You can create a Training Provider in Verde HR. To create a Training Provider, log on to the software. Self-Serve opens automatically in My Holidays; Click on Admin (see 1on the screenshot below) in the Top Menu, then select Development  (see 2on the screenshot below) from the side menu this will open a new menu below the top  menu, (see highlighted in grey on the screenshot below) from that menu select Training Providers (see 3 on the screenshot below).

To create a Training Provider follow the steps below

Select the Course provided by the training provider from the dropdown “Course Provided”  (See 4 in the screenshot below)

This is an optional field. If for example a provider offers more than 1 course you can select “Not Selected” or pick any one of the courses that supplier provides.

Write the name in the Organisation providing the training  in the “Organisation Name Box”  (See 5 in the screenshot below)

Write the Street name and or the Building Name /Number in the “Address Box”  (See 6 in the screenshot below)

Write the following details:

  • Town
  • County

  • Mobile
  • E-mail and
  • Website address

in the “appropriate boxes  (See 7 to -13 in the screenshot below)

Click Save (See 14 in the screenshot below) to save the newly created Training Provider

N.B If you do not click on save, the newly created Training Provider  will be lost, once you open another Training Course or move to another page.

To clear the form to create a new Training Course click on the Clear button (See 15 in the screenshot below)

You can not delete training providers once you have created them. You can increase the size of the list (highlighted in yellow on the screenshot below) to up to 100 entries ( see show entries 16 on the screenshot below). You can also search for specific entries in the list (see search 17 on the screenshot below).
