How to Open an Employee Record

In VerdeHR you can open an employee recorord to edit or amend it, or to manange the HR activities associated with that employee, e.g. holdays, time-sheets, appraisal, absence recording, etc. To manage an employee or update or amend an employee record, log on to the software. Self-Serve opens automatically in My Holidays; Click on Employees (see 1 on the screenshot below) in the Top Menu, then select Employees (see 2 on the screenshot below) from the side menu this will open a new menu below the top menu, select Employee List (see 3 on the screenshot below) from that menu

Amend an Employee Record or Manage an Employee

  • To find a particular record type the name into the Search Box (see 4 on the screenshot below), thie will list all records the meet the search criteria
  • Select the record you wish to open from the employee list in Employees/Employees/Employee List and press the Green Select (see 5 on the screenshot below) Button
    You can eiher manage the employee or amend the record
  • The search defaults to active employees but if yoy want to include all records or limit the search to, say, leavers select the appropriate status from the Status bar (see 6 on the screenshot below)
  • If you want to manage a HR function for the employee select the appropriate function from the side menu (highlighted in yellow on the screenshot below)
