How to Create a Company Profile

You can create a Company Profile in VerdeHR. To create a Company Profile, log on to the software. Self-Serve opens automatically in My Holidays; Click on Admin (see 1 on the screenshot below) in the Top Menu, then select Company Details (see 2 on the screenshot below) from the side menu this will open a new menu below the top  menu, Company (see 3 on the screenshot below) from that menu

Create a Company Profile

You can create a Company Profile as follows:

  • Open the Company  page in Admin/Company Details/Company as outlined above.
  • When the company page opens, you can create or edit your company profile

Type in the following  information:

  • Company Name (see 4 on the screenshot below)
  • Contact Name (see 5 on the screenshot below)
This is usually the name of the main system administrator
  • Contact e-mail address (see 6 on the screenshot below)
This is the system e-mail, i.e. the e-mail address that all system generated e-mails are sent to, unless another e-mail has been set, e.g. Holiday Alerts.
  • Street Address (see 7 on the screenshot below)
  • Town (see 8 on the screenshot below)
  • County (see 9 on the screenshot below)
  • Post Code (see 10 on the screenshot below)
  • Country (see 11 on the screenshot below)
  • Telephone Number (see 12 on the screenshot below)
  • Mobile Number (see 13 on the screenshot below)
  • Website Address (see 14 on the screenshot below)
  • Company Registration Number (see 15 on the screenshot below)
  • VAT Registration Number (see 16 on the screenshot below)
  • Working Hours Week (optional) (see 17 on the screenshot below)
You will need to include the working hours if you are using time sheet or e-clock functions to calculate the hourly rates of employees whose wages  are expressed as weekly, monthly or annual  values.
  • Press update to save any changes or additions (see 18 on the screenshot below)
N.B If you do not click on update, any changes will be lost, once you move to another page.
