If you forget your password you can reset it.
How to Reset Your Password
To reset your password go to your usual login page and select reset it here at the top of the page to open the change password page.
As you may want to use a password that is confidential to you, no one in the system can see your password and consequently only you can set or rest your password.
To rest your password follow these steps:
- Input our e-mail address, (see 1 on the screenshot below) this is the e-mail you use for the system,
- Select your new password (see 2 on the screenshot below)
N.B. the password must meet the password strength criteria: the password must be at least 8 characters long: 1 uppercase character, 1 lowercase character, 1 digit, 1 special character (e.g. !*#).
- Confirm your new password (see 3 on the screenshot below) Once both passwords match and they meet the password strength criteria, the outline of both boxes turns green.
- Input your date of birth (see 4 on the screenshot below)
If the 2 password boxes are green, but a new password isn’t being generated then it is likely your D.O.B. is wrong on the system, please check with HR - Answer the security to question (see 5 on the screenshot below)
- Press submit (see 6 on the screenshot below)
- To login go to login here at the top of the page (see 7 on the screenshot below)
To clear existing data from the change password page click onthe blue Reset button (see 7 on the screenshot below) .
