If you have a question about how Verde HR works, or you want to know more about a particular feature or function, please click here to open the Kowledge Base. Most, if not all, user questions can be answered by our comprehensive Knowledge Base and FAQ’s.

If you ask a question that can be answered by the Knowledge Base or FAQ’s you will be redirected the the Knowledge Base. 

You should only raise a ticket if:

  • you encounter a bug,
  • you have a question that can’t be answered in the Knowledge Base or FAQ’s.
